What a day! We were thrilled to be back for Trull Party in the Park, once again lending a hand to one of our favourite community events right on our doorstep at Trull King George V Playing Field.

Sonic Sound provided both lighting and sound across the day, keeping the stage looking and sounding great for a packed line-up. Things kicked off with the Scouts and the Eclipse Elite Twirlers leading everyone in, before a brilliant run of live music from The Big Noise Street Band, the Taunton Ukulele Strummers and Luis Martelo, with the Twirlers back out performing between the acts. As the afternoon rolled into evening, Autumn Red kept the field buzzing before headliners The Twelve02 brought the day to a fantastic close.

Alongside the main stage, we also installed a site-wide 100v line PA system, piping ambient music across the field throughout the day and keeping all the important announcements clear from one end of the site to the other – handy with 50-odd stalls and activities to explore, from a bouncy castle and face painting to crafts, cakes, plant sales and even a spot of egg throwing!

It’s exactly the kind of event we love being part of – families out in the sunshine, brilliant local talent up on stage, and the whole village coming together for a proper day out. A big thank you to the Party in the Park Committee and everyone who helped put it all together. We had a great time – and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
